Anna Frenzel Part of Team that Launches Gables into the Denver Market
Online, May 26, 2015 (Newswire.com) - As part of their expansion into the Denver market, Gables Residential hires Anna Frenzel as Area Vice President to lead the growth of the property management division in the area.
Mrs. Frenzel possesses 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry working with nationally known companies such as United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR), Alliance, The Lynd Company, and Fee Managers; Apartment Management Consultants. Anna's career in multi-family began in 1997 with JWE Management / Owners Operators, in Tempe, Arizona. She began as a Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager. Anna was then recruited by United Dominion Realty Trust to manage a 320 unit property in Chandler, Arizona. She continued her growth within the structure of UDR for nearly 10 years in positions from Community Director to Project Coordinator, and finally Operations Director for the REIT subsidiary group RE3.
Anna received her Accredited Residential Manager designation in July of 2002, served on multiple committees with IREM in Arizona including Vice-Chairman for the ARM committee 2005, and is currently completing the NAA Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor course.
