Prior to her promotion, Cris held the position of Executive Vice President, Operations since 2012.

Cris began her career with Gables Residential's predecessor, Trammell Crow Residential, as a leasing consultant in 1988. Over the past 28 years, she has held numerous positions with the company while being promoted to ever increasing positions of responsibility. "Cris embodies the essence of our culture.
